Bonnie McCarroll is shown being tossed from a bronc gone rogue, ca. 1915 at the Pendelton Round-up. Bonnie was inducted into the Cowgirl Hall of Fame in 2006.

That photo made me think of the little bronc I was riding on the Salt Grass Trail ride. I’m not so sure I landed any softer!
