.Who remembers China Beach the TV drama series?
It surfed the airwaves from 1988 to 1991 and dramatized the life of US Army nurses at an evacuation hospital during the Vietnam War. I loved it and was so disappointed when they stopped airing it.  I need to see if it is available in DVD but, I guess the show's opening theme song will have to suffice me for now:
