    In God We Trust

    Each collection seems to have a few familiar faces or at least parts of pieces that carry over to the next collection. Bits and snippets of Sailor Jerry tattoo art have carried through the past few collections. . You'll remember last October we talked about the Easy Rider Jacketand Sailor Jerry inspired tattoo art.  Well, we like it so much we carried the inspiration over and used it on Spring 2011's In God We Trust Tee. . . Speaking of Sailor Jerry...we found a run-down filling station on South Lamar in Austin, Texas that had giant Sailor Jerry tats painted on the side of their building, but the next time we went back to snap a photo...THEY HAD BEEN PAINTED OVER!! . . . . So for now, you'll have to do with this -  the first screening back in 2008 of the documentary exploring the life of Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins entitled "Hori Smoku Sailor Jerry."     Its like you learn my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the e book in it or something. I feel that you can do with a few percent to force the message home a little bit, however instead of that, this is magnificent blog. A great read. I’ll definitely be back.
